PROJECT: REGENCY PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER
CITRUS HEIGHTS, CALIFORNIA
Formerly known as Fountain Square Shopping Center, this project was originally constructed in the 1970’s. This structure was an ideal candidate for commercial rehabilitation and received a complete facade redesign including brick columns, arches, signage band, and brightly colored metal mansard roof.
