Originally constructed in the 1970’s as a speculative office building, this 15,000 s.f. structure had fallen into disrepair and was in desperate need of commercial rehabilitation. Both the interior and exterior of the building were completely redesigned to have a contemporary styling and comply with all current building code requirements.
