A delightful variation of the familiar exhibition in-the-round, features dishes served on a series of boats (fune) which are strung together and move gently along a water-filled canal. Soft salmon tone walls with black lacquer chairs, trims and shoji screens are accented by origami wall sconces which are incorporated into custom designed bases.
