SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA
This privately funded 83,000 square foot retail specialty center was developed with the California Department of Transportation as a pilot project adjoining Interstate 80 with a two story parking garage beneath the freeway. The project is a successful example of urban infill by stimulating street level pedestrian traffic where none previously existed.
